About MediaRadar
What is MediaRadar?
MediaRadar "equips marketing, sales and analytics leaders with the intelligence they need to stay ahead." Its platform delivers "always-on, AI-enabled Creative, Competitive, Commercial and Market Intelligence—spanning ad strategy, media spend, creative assets and brand messaging across 30+ media channels and five million brands", with "deep insights into more than 35 million ad and campaign assets and $280 billion in media spend." Brands use it to track their rivals, agencies use it to improve client marketing, and publishers and ad platforms use it to sell media and data to advertisers. It also tracks how brands invest around the biggest sporting events, and political advertising. MediaRadar was founded in 2006. In November 2023 it bought Vivvix, Kantar Group's North American advertising-intelligence unit, which added local TV, radio, search and out-of-home coverage and took it into the Canadian market; that announcement described MediaRadar as backed by the private-equity firms Thompson Street Capital Partners and Endicott Capital. Matt Krepsik is its chief executive.
Where will I work?
MediaRadar has "over 500 employees in multiple offices in the U.S., Canada, and across the globe", with its headquarters on West 41st Street in Manhattan. Its careers page offers "Remote, Hybrid or In-Office Work Available". In September 2026 the finance, operations, product and research roles are remote across the US, while the sales openings (an account executive, sales directors, a sales manager and a business development representative) are in New York, and the careers page lists them as hybrid. The New York sales postings list base salaries from $55,000 to $170,000, plus variable pay on most of them.
What is the MediaRadar team like?
MediaRadar calls its people "Radarians", and it lists five values: "Raise the Bar", "Own It", "Client-Centric", "Transparency Builds Trust" and "Stronger Together", adding that "Collaboration fuels our success. We embrace diverse perspectives and work as one team to drive towards collective success." Its customer service team won a 2025 Stevie Award as Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in technology industries. Team life includes "Onsite & virtual team activities, wellness offerings, games & more", and peer-nominated awards recognise colleagues "who exemplify our MediaRadar values".

Every US posting lists Summer Fridays, alongside flexible paid time off. MediaRadar pitches "an excellent work/life balance" together with career progression, training and development.
