The mirror's software gives "real-time form correction, rep counting, and live feedback", built on tracking technology the Data Scientist posting calls ReflectAI. On 2026-10-16 its Workable board listed six roles: AI/Data Scientist, Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, Founder's Associate, Founder Content Creator, Social First Videographer and On-Screen Fitness Instructor.
Where will I work?
London. The three employee postings list "Flexible Home/Hybrid Working from our London HQ", with "At least 2 days WFH per week" on the Data Scientist and "2 days WFH per week" on the other two, which leaves up to three days a week in the office. The Founder Content Creator is "Freelance, London" with "availability in London on short notice", the Videographer will "Support shoots in our studio", and the Founder's Associate may be "co-ordinating one of our retail stores". The roles are a mix of data science, growth, operations, content and on-screen coaching.
