What is Lyra Health?
Lyra Health is a Burlingame, California-based mental health benefits platform, founded in 2015 by David Ebersman (former CFO of Facebook). Lyra works with employer customers (Apple, Starbucks, Salesforce, etc.) to provide mental health benefits to 20M+ employees and their families globally. The platform pairs AI-driven triage with a network of clinicians delivering evidence-based mental health care.
Lyra engages licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, psychologists) on W-2 part-time and full-time bases to deliver telehealth therapy. Part-time roles offer ~$42k base salary range for a defined caseload.
Where will I work?
Fully remote, US-based. Clinicians must hold state licensure for the states they serve. Multi-state licensure encouraged.
