Your role As a senior coach/counsellor, you conduct telephone intakes and guide (complex) coaching and counselling trajectories. You support clients in resolving personal and work-related issues, with the goal of strengthening their wellbeing and functioning. Additionally, you contribute to team growth through mentoring and collegial consultation.
Telephone intakes and coaching/counselling sessions (online, telephone, and sometimes face-to-face) Providing telephone services (between 9:00 and 17:00, according to schedule) Case management and advice on referrals to the network Collegial consultation and mentoring for colleagues and network partners Participating in the chatbox on agreed days Active participation in daily brief team meetings and weekly team meetings
Who are we looking for? Must-haves
HBO/WO bachelor or master's degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or equivalent Several years of work experience with a broad range of issues Stable, open personality with a sense of humour Results-oriented and to the point Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written Resident in the province of Utrecht
Nice-to-haves
Experience in multiple methodologies Flexibility to switch between therapeutic approaches and coaching models Knowledge of evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, MBCT) Expertise in topics such as burn-out & stress, trauma, and neurodiversity Using humour and creativity without losing depth Working with different cultures, ages, and backgrounds Experience in the business sector
