What is LogRocket?
A LogRocket posting says its goal is to "make every experience on the web as perfect as possible" and that it was "Founded in 2016". The product combines session replay, product analytics and error tracking, and its home page pitches "AI session replay that catches issues before your users do", with an AI assistant called Galileo that "watches every session for you". The careers page counts "3,000+ Customers", "3.5bn+ Sessions captured", "110+ Employees" and "$55M in Funding from Tier 1 VCs", and the postings name Matrix Partners, Battery Ventures and Delta-V Capital as backers. On 2026-10-16 its Lever board listed nine roles: engineering (a Lead Software Engineer, a Senior Software Engineer and Developer Relations), customer success, a Director of Growth and a Relationship Marketing Intern, a Senior Product Designer, a Sales Development Representative and a Talent Network entry.
Where will I work?
Almost every opening is based in an office city: "Boston or NYC" for engineering, customer success, design and developer relations, and "Boston, MA" for marketing and sales. Only the Talent Network entry says "Remote - US or Boston, MA". The Developer Relations posting says "Boston preferred, NYC secondary, remote possible for the right person. If you're in Boston or NYC, plan on a couple days a week in office." The careers page mentions "Free catered lunches three days a week plus unlimited snacks and cold brew in our office", and the customer success and sales postings list "Flexible working hours and location". Visa policy differs by role: three postings say "LogRocket will consider sponsoring visas for applicants in the US that need work authorization", while the Sales Development Representative role "is not eligible for visa sponsorship".
What is the LogRocket team like?
The careers page lists five values: "First principles thinking", "Low ego", "Empathy", "Curiosity" and "Focus". The low-ego value reads "We allow the best ideas to rise to the surface, regardless of who or where they came from." The postings add that the company focuses "on building our software with care and craftsmanship" and that its engineering blog posts "give you a taste of that". The Lead Software Engineer posting invites applications even if you don't tick every box: "We believe code is code, and learning new tools is part of joining a new team." For social life the careers page lists "trivia to chocolate making to virtual paint nights", and the postings add "Regular team outings and activities (from boat rides to paintball, we'll try anything!)".
Work-Life Balance
The careers page lists "Unlimited PTO": "Enjoy time to travel, plan a staycation, or just take a day off when needed with our unlimited PTO policy." Most postings say "Unlimited vacation policy", and two say "Open vacation policy - we all work hard and take time for ourselves when we need it, no strings attached". No minimum is stated. Parental leave is "fully-paid parental leave to any employee welcoming a child into their home", and the customer success and sales postings put it at "Three months of fully-paid parental leave". The postings do not publish salary ranges.
