Liftoff is a mobile growth platform that helps app developers and advertisers acquire, re-engage, and monetise users across the entire mobile funnel. Its product suite spans the full lifecycle of mobile growth — Accelerate for machine-learning user acquisition, Monetize for maximising earnings on every impression, Vungle Exchange for reaching high-quality users inside their favourite apps, Creative for ad-creative optimisation, and Intelligence for building gaming experiences players want. Liftoff also runs Mobile Heroes, a global community programme connecting mobile-marketing practitioners worldwide.
Where will I work?
Liftoff follows a philosophy of "remote first, come together meaningfully." Employees work remotely from a number of US states where the company has entities — California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Washington. Rather than a daily commute, the team comes together for in-person gatherings — project meetings, regional meetups and company-wide events — which employees are expected to attend at least once per quarter. Offices around the globe are stocked with grab-and-go snacks and drinks for when teams do convene.
