What is Leadership Connect?
Leadership Connect operates a B2B people-intelligence platform that helps organisations "search, map, and understand government" — tracking who holds which role across Congress, federal agencies, contractors and policy organisations, and how those networks connect. Its roots go back to 1969 (as Leadership Directories), and it is headquartered in Washington, DC.
Where will I work?
Most roles are based at the Washington, DC headquarters, with remote roles also hired in Canada (Montreal and Toronto).
What is the Leadership Connect team like?
A ~150-person team across data, engineering, product, marketing, sales and client success, serving customers in government affairs, public sector sales and policy.
