What is KWSM?
KWSM is a full-service digital marketing agency made up of brand journalists, founded by Katie Wagner. The agency's strapline — "MARKETERS + JOURNALISTS" — captures its origin and edge: clients hire KWSM to create integrated digital-marketing strategies that generate leads and sales. Specialties include website development & SEO, social media strategy & management, content creation, PR & influencer marketing, and digital advertising. Half of the client base is B2B and half is B2C.
KWSM has been recognised as one of Inc. Magazine's Best Places to Work from 2019 through 2023, with a 95+/100 score in an independent third-party employee survey.
Where will I work?
KWSM operates from four offices today — Orange County (CA), San Diego (CA), Atlanta (GA), and Las Vegas (NV) — with a Boston office "coming soon." Most positions can be filled in any office unless otherwise specified. The work schedule is hybrid: three days in the office and two days at home. Team members also enjoy the ability to work in any KWSM office for a change of pace.

Work-Life Balance
KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule — every other Friday off, allowing the team "to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week." This is layered with a hybrid 3-day-office / 2-day-home pattern. Time off includes three weeks of paid vacation, 11 paid holidays per year, and a day off on your birthday.
