Where will I work?

Klaviyo operates a hybrid work model with hub offices in Boston (headquarters), Denver, San Francisco, London, Sydney, and Dublin. Employees within 30 miles of a US hub are expected in the office approximately 3 days per week. Some fully remote roles are available for those outside hub areas. The company offers flexible start and end times within core hours.
