What is innocent drinks?
innocent makes smoothies, juices and plant-based drinks — sold across Europe with the famous chatty labels and the little woolly hats. Founded in London in 1998 (and majority-owned by Coca-Cola since 2013), innocent is a certified B Corp that gives 10% of profits to charity.
Where will I work?
Most UK & Ireland roles are based at Fruit Towers in London, with country teams across Europe. Each office has its own local perks package.
What is the innocent team like?
Around 890 people across brand, commercial, supply chain, sustainability and the blender (its carbon-neutral factory in Rotterdam).
Work-Life Balance
The UK & Ireland benefits page states it plainly: "enhanced maternity & paternity leave — up to 52 weeks, with the first 16 weeks fully paid by innocent." Equal for all parents — innocent has offered four months at full pay for people of all genders since 2020.
