What is innocent drinks?
innocent makes smoothies, juices and kids' drinks. Its careers site says "Since we first started back in 1999, we've been on a mission to make it easier to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit and veg", that it is "one of Europe's favourite drinks companies" with "big ambitions to get a billion more portions of the stuff into people by 2030", and that it is "proud to be a B Corp". The story it tells is of "three uni friends, a couple of bins and a small West London music festival", where founders Rich, Adam and Jon "crushed £500 worth of fruit into bottles" and asked people to bin their empties in a "yes" or a "no" bin. There are "almost a thousand of us all over Europe", and the site points staff to "other members of the Coca-Cola group, like Costa" when they move on. Its UK-scoped board held four postings on 2026-10-16: an Innovation & Functional Lead and a Vulnerability Management Engineer on 12-month fixed-term contracts, a BI Developer and a Commercial Finance Manager (Ireland).
Where will I work?
The UK & Ireland page says "Our offices in the UK and Ireland are in London and Dublin." The London HQ, "Fruit Towers", is "on the Grand Union Canal" near the first office in Ladbroke Grove, where "a few hundred of us work in the UK across Commercial, Transformation & Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Research & Development, and People". Dublin is "a growing team of about 15 working within the Commercial and Marketing business areas", sharing an office with The Coca-Cola Company. For office-based roles the careers site says "We take a 'more in than out' approach", meaning "three days a week in the office, with the option to work abroad for up to four weeks a year (with your manager's thumbs up)". It adds that "It's not possible in every job – like in factory or office support roles".
What is the innocent team like?
The careers site lists five values: commercial, responsible, natural, open minded and unified. They are used "in weekly catch ups, end-of-year reviews, big meetings, small meetings and chats around the coffee machine. They're even hung in every toilet." It says "We know we're not perfect and we don't have all the answers yet" and that it listens "through feedback tools, surveys, and everyday conversations". Hiring is described as fair-chance: "We're flexible about in-person or virtual interviews, and all our hiring managers are trained in how to run an inclusive recruitment process." Growth comes from "training programmes, mentoring schemes and stretch opportunities", and each year "a few of our most passionate people are granted the innocent scholarship", free money for a project outside work. There are employee-led groups, socials and surprise treats.
Work-Life Balance
The UK & Ireland page lists "enhanced maternity & paternity leave", "up to 52 weeks, with the first 16 weeks fully paid by innocent". Holiday is "25 days' holiday", with the option to "buy up to 10 extra days", "your birthday off" and a "bank holiday swap". After two years there is a "sabbatical option", and everyone gets a day a year to volunteer anywhere they choose. The careers site says "We offer one-to-one support sessions in most of our locations" for mental health. The postings promise "flexible working and a healthy holiday allowance", and pay is described as competitive and reviewed against the local market, with "most roles" including a bonus scheme.
