Its careers page calls Ingenio "the world's largest media and marketplace platform supporting thought-leaders in spiritual and wellness practices", and its about page counts "20+" global brands, among them horoscope.com, astrology.com, Purple Garden and Kasamba. The company timeline starts with "Company founded as Keen.com", and records ownership by AT&T and then Alpine Investors, and an investment from Apollo in 2021. Its postings describe "Our growing team of over 300 employees". On 2026-10-16 its Greenhouse board listed seven roles: Creative Growth Marketing Apprentice, Senior Product Manager and Senior Business Data Analyst in Paris, Performance Marketing Manager (Martech) and Senior Product Manager, Growth in San Francisco, and Copywriter and Senior Affiliate Manager in Israel.
Where will I work?
In an office. The careers page says "Our international teams are based in San Francisco (HQ), Paris, Tel Aviv, Bangalore, Uzhgorod, Berlin, Nuremberg, Kosice and Budapest." The Paris postings say "This role will require being in our Paris office at least 3 days per week", the San Francisco ones "at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)", and the Israel ones "Hybrid working model - work from home up to 2 days/week, our office is located in Tel Aviv". The two San Francisco postings publish US base salary ranges of $120,000-$130,000 and $175,000-$200,000 and say the roles are "eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits".
What is the Ingenio team like?
The postings set out values that include "We are humble. We believe the best result is achieved by leveraging others' perspectives" and "We think like owners.", and the careers page adds "We do not have egos." Staff quoted on that page value "the chance to collaborate across cultures and languages". Perks lists mention "Regular in-person and virtual team events" in Paris and "Fun and inclusive in-person and virtual events" in San Francisco. One Paris role is an apprenticeship.
Work-Life Balance
"Summer Fridays" is listed in the perks of five of the seven postings, every Paris and San Francisco one, and is absent from the two Israel postings. No posting says what a Summer Friday involves. Birthday PTO is listed on those same five, and "Generous holiday and PTO policies" on the two San Francisco and two Israel postings. No posting gives a number of days, and the Paris and San Francisco roles carry the three-office-day rule above.
