Hydraid® is a Munich drinks start-up whose own jobs page says it develops "wissenschaftlich durchdachte Sportgetränke auf Pulverbasis" (science-based sports drinks in powder form) with "einem ziemlich unbescheidenen Ziel: die führende Marke für smarte Rehydration in Deutschland und Europa zu werden". Its range on the shop runs from the Hydration Helper® starter sets to Energy and Immunity sticks, and its manifesto opens "Every drop of sweat tells a story." The legal entity is True Sports Labs GmbH, whose imprint names Dominik Winter and Fabian Winter as managing directors and gives the address Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 München. Its Join.com company page lists 11-50 employees and calls it "ein junges, schnell wachsendes Start-up aus München".
Where will I work?
The office is in Munich, and the jobs page promises a "Büro direkt an der Isar". Its roles are hybrid: the Social Media Manager and Video Editor postings say "1–2 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche, sonst im Büro in München", the Office & Team Manager is "überwiegend vor Ort" with one home-office day, and the benefits list a place of work with "Hybrid vor Ort oder remote". The team also holds "Core Weeks (feste Präsenzwochen im Büro fürs gesamte Team, auch für die Remotler)", so some staff work remotely and meet in the office for set weeks. On 2026-10-16 the page listed three roles: an Office & Team Manager on permanent part-time hours, a Social Media Manager and a Video Editor / Videograph, both full-time. What is the Hydraid team like?
