Munich, Germany · Full-time (35 hrs/4-day week) · Marketing and Communications About the role Got an eye for strong visuals and a feel for timing, sound and editing? Then join our creative team and help us develop performance-driven social media ads that really work – from post-production to fresh ideas for new formats.
Responsibilities → Post-production: You edit vertical short-form videos for social media ads – including subtitles, sound effects and music selection. → Optimisation: You analyse the performance of your videos and work closely with our performance marketing team. → UGC editing: You don't just cut your own footage – you also turn user-generated content into strong formats. → Animation: You bring our ads to life with calls to action, end cards and dynamic overlays. → Testing: Together with the performance team, you continuously develop new video ads – from HQ videos to UGC – testing hooks, format lengths and iterations. → Ideation: You actively contribute new ideas to take our social media ads to the next level.
Requirements → A real passion for video editing. → At least 1–2 years' experience in video editing – no degree or formal training needed, your skills are what count. → Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Final Cut. → A feel for storytelling and brand communication – you can boil even complex topics down into cool video snippets. → Experience with image editing and modern layout & design for digital ads. → An interest in sport and health – and keen to plan and produce content with pro athletes and Hydraid® ambassadors.
