We pulled HR Acuity's full job descriptions from its own iCIMS tenant and quote the benefits block exactly — including the footnote most listings sites would quietly drop: the summer and first Fridays are marked "* Based upon business needs". We list it anyway because the surrounding package is substantial and unconditional: an unlimited PTO policy, two full company shutdown weeks (July 4th and December), a birthday day off, and remote work as the default. A company that documents employee-relations best practice for a living has reputational skin in the game on how it treats its own people — but ask about how often business needs actually claim those Fridays; that's a fair interview question we couldn't answer from the outside.
