About Graphcore
What is Graphcore?
Graphcore is a British semiconductor company that designs Intelligence Processing Units (IPUs) — processors built from the ground up for artificial-intelligence workloads, together with the Poplar software stack that runs on them. Founded in Bristol in 2016, it became one of the UK's best-known deep-tech companies and was acquired by SoftBank Group in 2024, continuing to operate as Graphcore.
Where will I work?
Graphcore is hybrid — the careers site talks about supporting you "whether you are in the office or at home". Offices span Bristol (HQ), London and Cambridge in the UK, plus Gdańsk (Poland), Hsinchu (Taiwan), Bengaluru (India) and US sites in Austin and Milpitas.
