About FundApps
What is FundApps?
FundApps is a regulatory technology company that helps financial institutions monitor compliance and file regulatory reports. Its about page says it "came to life in 2010" and that it now has a team of more than 130 people serving over 160 clients, with services such as shareholding disclosure, position limits, sanctions monitoring and report filing for rules like Form PF and AIFMD Annex IV. The page describes the aim as helping compliance teams respond more efficiently to regulatory change. In July 2025 it announced a strategic growth investment from FTV Capital, and on 27 October 2026 it said FundApps and SteelEye are coming together under a new name, RegSensus; its job adverts already read "FundApps by RegSensus". The company describes itself as a Certified B Corporation, a status it dates to 2018.
Where will I work?
The main trading address is the HYLO building at 105 Bunhill Row in London, and the registered office is at 9 Appold Street, also in London. The about page lists offices in London, New York and Singapore, and one advert adds Braga and Bangalore. The London adverts describe hybrid working: new joiners spend 3 days a week in the London office for their first 6 months, and after that the policy is "at least 2 days per week in the office". The Bangalore advert asks new joiners for at least 4 office days a week in the Bangalore office. The UK adverts require permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship, and the Bangalore advert asks for permission to work without visa sponsorship as well. On 6 November 2026 the board held four London roles and one Bangalore role.
What is the FundApps team like?
The about page says "Our team is a dynamic blend of legal experts, former regulators, information-security wizards, and more". The careers page lists five values: raise the bar, have courage, work with purpose, be transparent and do more with less. The engineering adverts describe a team of around 50 people, a fast-growing, PE-backed scaleup, and a lot of freedom: engineers are told they will not be micro-managed and are expected to take ownership from day one. They also say the company defaults to asynchronous written communication over long multiple-person meetings. The four London adverts mention peer micro-bonuses through Bonusly, peer-led lunch-and-learn sessions and an annual learning festival, and the careers page adds regular social and team-building events, both in person and virtual.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page lists parental leave of 26 weeks, paid in full, regardless of gender, location, family circumstances or tenure, and the London adverts say: "26 weeks leave for all new parents regardless of gender, location or family structure." The Bangalore advert words it differently: 26 weeks of enhanced parental pay and leave after probation. Time off on the careers page is 25 days holiday (up to 28 days with tenure), unlimited volunteering, sick and professional development leave, and a birthday off; the London adverts add an extra 4 weeks of paid leave during your 5th year. The careers page also says flexible working is a regular part of the culture rather than a special benefit. Two engineering adverts say: "As a company we try to minimise meetings (we have meeting-free Wednesdays)".
