FreeAgent is an Edinburgh-headquartered accounting + invoicing SaaS for UK small businesses, freelancers, and contractors. Founded in 2007 by Ed Molyneux, Olly Headey, and Roan Lavery (current CEO), it was acquired by the NatWest Group in 2018 and continues to operate independently. The product is also distributed free-of-charge through NatWest, RBS, Ulster Bank, and Mettle business banking accounts.
