What is Finch?
Finch is a unified employment-data API that lets developers and HR-tech platforms read and write data across hundreds of payroll, HRIS and benefits systems. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in San Francisco, Finch provides standardised employee, compensation, benefits and pay-statement data so customers can build employee-data products without integrating each provider separately.
Where will I work?
Hybrid in San Francisco — 2+ days per week in the SF Office for engineering roles. Some non-engineering roles fully remote.
What is the Finch team like?
Approximately 120 employees across engineering, product, partnerships, GTM and operations. Total venture funding ~$62M (Series A + B).
Work-Life Balance
