What is FareHarbor?
FareHarbor is a booking and business-management software platform for tours, activities, rentals and attractions. Founded in Hawaii in 2013 and now part of Booking Holdings, it powers reservations for thousands of experience operators worldwide.
Parental leave
FareHarbor offers 22 weeks of fully paid parental leave to all new parents, regardless of whether they are the primary or secondary caregiver and regardless of how they became a parent. Offered across all of its regions, including the United States where there is no statutory paid leave, this is a genuinely generous, gender-neutral policy.
