About Duda
What is Duda?
Duda is a leading website platform for professionals — "helping agencies, SaaS companies, and web teams build and manage high-quality websites at scale." Its flexible platform combines design, collaboration, automation, and AI to help customers, in the company's words, "work faster and grow smarter." Duda is best known as a white-label solution: agencies, SaaS products, hosting providers, and point-of-sale companies use it to deliver websites to their own SMB customers under their own brand, powering well over a million live sites.
The product spans a drag-and-drop website builder, a built-in AI stack and AI widget builder, client management and billing, eCommerce, bookings, an app store, and discoverability tools for SEO and AI-powered search. Duda describes itself as a global, forward-thinking company focused, as it puts it, on "innovation, growth, and impact."
Where will I work?
Duda's headquarters is in Louisville, Colorado, and the company has teams across the US, Israel, Canada, Brazil, the UK, and the Philippines. The Colorado office runs a hybrid schedule — three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two days remote. As the company explains, "our employees value the connection, collaboration, and creativity sparked by working together in person," balanced against "the freedom, flexibility, and focused work that comes with remote flexibility."
What is the Duda team like?
Duda describes itself as "a collective… made up of warm, approachable people" who "have fun exchanging ideas, building innovations and collaborating to get work done." The engineering team works with React, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Java in a serverless architecture. Departments range across R&D, Product Management and UX, Customer Success, Customer Support and Education, HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The company is family-friendly — it says it "respects your time, both on and off the job" — and has earned multiple "best places to work" awards in Colorado.
Work-Life Balance
Duda offers Unlimited PTO, confirmed in its job postings' "what we offer" section. The company funds employees' education and provides pensions, and frames itself as family-friendly with a genuine respect for time away from work. The hybrid model is designed as "a perfect balance" of in-person collaboration and focused remote days.
