What is the Constructive Dialogue Institute?
The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a nonprofit co-founded in 2017 by social psychologist Jonathan Haidt. It translates behavioral science into practical programs — like its Perspectives curriculum — that help people across higher education, K-12, workplaces and public service engage constructively across differences.
