Work-Life Balance
Keller Town Hall runs a compressed four-day week, in place since 2022. The City's own site states "Keller Town Hall hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closed Fridays", a change launched to expand service hours for customers and improve work/life balance for staff. Office staff work compressed days, with Town Hall closed Fridays and no reduction in pay.
