What is Chomps?
Chomps is one of the fastest-growing snack brands in America: clean-ingredient meat snacks (beef, turkey and venison sticks with no sugar or artificial anything) sold in tens of thousands of stores from Trader Joe's to Costco, Target and Walmart. Founded in 2012 by two friends with $6,500, Chomps grew almost entirely without venture equity into a business with hundreds of millions in annual retail sales — and it is a certified B Corporation, minority-owned and family-operated. The growth story is unusual for CPG: no big venture round, just relentless retail velocity — the brand went from farmers-market beginnings to one of the best-selling meat-snack lines in the country while staying founder-led, and the corporate team hires accordingly across sales, digital and people functions rather than chasing headcount.

What is the Chomps team like?
A few hundred people across sales, marketing, digital, operations, finance and people teams, working on a brand whose growth curve most CPG companies would kill for. Early Glassdoor reviews describe "incredible work-life balance" — a small sample, honestly noted, but consistent with the benefits below. The corporate board is genuinely corporate: sales leadership, digital transformation, and people roles — production runs through co-manufacturing partners, so there is no plant workforce on this board to two-tier against.
