What is ChipAgents?
ChipAgents (legal name Alpha Design AI) builds agentic AI for chip design and verification — AI agents that work alongside semiconductor engineers to write, debug and verify RTL, accelerating one of the most complex engineering workflows in existence. Founded in 2024, it raised a ~$21M Series A in 2025 and has grown past $60M in total funding.
Where will I work?
ChipAgents works onsite from two engineering-centric offices in the San Jose area, with free parking and a private gym; relocation support is available.
What is the ChipAgents team like?
Around 40 people — ML researchers, systems engineers and EDA veterans building at the intersection of AI and semiconductors.
