Who We Are

Born in 2009 and headquartered in Exeter, Brain in Hand combines smart technology with human coaching so autistic and ADHD people get support exactly when they need it. More than 25,000 users, the NHS, and the Department for Education already rely on our platform to build confidence, reduce anxiety, and unlock independence.

Our innovative approach delivers real-time support through a mobile app paired with personalised coaching, helping neurodivergent individuals navigate daily challenges, manage anxiety, and achieve their goals. We're proud to be making a measurable difference in people's lives while working alongside leading healthcare providers and educational institutions across the UK.

Our Team

We are a remote-first team of around 110 people based across the UK, with an optional hub in Exeter for those who prefer collaborative workspace. Over half of us are neurodivergent, so lived experience shapes every product decision and drives our commitment to authentic representation.

We work in cross-functional squads that include product, engineering, research, and customer success, all moving quickly to turn evidence into impact. This collaborative structure means your voice matters from day one, whether you're contributing to product strategy, technical architecture, or user experience design.
