About Brain in Hand
What is Brain in Hand?
Brain in Hand is the coaching platform that helps autistic and ADHD people achieve more at work, in education and life. The app takes coaching beyond scheduled sessions into everyday moments, delivering personalised support and real human guidance on-demand 24/7. Born in 2009 and headquartered in Exeter, Brain in Hand combines smart technology with human coaching so users can self-manage challenges and build positive habits — supporting more than 25,000 people across the UK.
Brain in Hand has invested heavily in independent research and ongoing evaluation. The company has received three Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) grants from NHS England — awarded to businesses with scalable solutions for the NHS — and a first-of-its-kind independent clinical study has demonstrated its impact. The company is Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, and has achieved NHS Digital''s Data Security and Protection Toolkit rated "Standards Exceeded".
