About Bombas
What is Bombas?
Bombas is a direct-to-consumer apparel brand that started with a specific fact: socks are the most-requested item in homeless shelters. Founded in 2013 by David Heath and Randy Goldberg, it built a business around over-engineered basics — socks first, then underwear, T-shirts and slippers — and donates an item for every item sold.
That one-for-one commitment has since produced tens of millions of donated garments through a network of community partners, alongside a substantial consumer business.
Where will I work?
From Bombas' New York City home base, on a hybrid pattern.
What is the Bombas team like?
Around 290 people across digital product, creative, marketing, legal, people and operations — a consumer brand with a genuine social mission attached rather than bolted on.
Work-Life Balance
Every Bombas listing describes the same package: "over 20 paid company holidays, year-round 'Flexible Fridays' and unlimited vacation, sick, and wellness days." It is an unusual combination — unlimited time off and more than 20 fixed company holidays and a year-round Friday flexibility policy, rather than one standing in for the others.
