What is Bobbie?
Bobbie is the organic infant-formula company founded in 2017 by two mums who wanted a European-style formula made in the US — and became the first new US infant-formula manufacturer in years when it opened its own Heath, Ohio plant. Backed by over $200M, Bobbie sells direct-to-consumer subscriptions and through major retailers, and has built one of the most parent-forward employer brands in consumer goods (it famously covers employees' own formula). The company's parent-first identity is structural, not marketing: it was founded by mothers, runs one of the most-cited parental-leave policies in CPG, publicly covers employees' formula costs, and acquired fellow formula maker Nature's One to bring manufacturing in-house — making it a rare venture-backed brand that owns its supply chain end to end.
