Benepass is a flexible employee benefits platform that helps employers move beyond one-size-fits-all benefits. Through a single Benepass card and mobile app, employees can spend pre-tax and after-tax stipends on the things that matter most to them — wellness, mental health, family planning, professional development, food, work-from-home equipment, and more.
Founded in 2019 in New York City, Benepass works with hundreds of employers including Hugging Face, Lyft, Stripe, and many other modern teams looking to give their people more choice and flexibility in their benefits package.
Where will I work?
Benepass is fully remote across the United States, with optional in-person collaboration through quarterly company onsites. The company maintains a small office presence in New York City and San Francisco for those who want it, but the default is remote.
