What is beehiiv?
beehiiv is an all-in-one publishing platform where newsletters, podcasts, and digital products are built, grown, and distributed. Founded in 2021 by a group of early Morning Brew employees — including CEO Tyler Denk — beehiiv gives creators, publishers, and companies a no-code toolset spanning email, websites, audience growth, an ad network, and monetization, all connected to a single audience and a single set of tools.
The platform has powered more than 46 billion emails to 425 million unique readers across 130,000+ publishers. beehiiv is approaching $50M in annualized revenue and growing roughly 100% year over year, and has raised significant venture funding — most recently a $33M Series B in April 2024.
Where will I work?
beehiiv is remote-first. The company is headquartered in New York City but hires across the US and globally — current openings are tagged "global" and "U.S." The whole team gathers once a year for an in-person retreat, and the NYC office anchors brand and creator events.

~260 people across product, engineering, growth, marketing, sales, and operations. beehiiv is in a hypergrowth phase with a fast-moving, product-obsessed, AI-native culture — the team describes itself by a bias toward action, an ownership mentality, and a drive to "win". Expect big swings and high individual ownership.
Work-Life Balance
beehiiv sits in our Rotating 4 Day Week category for its company-wide Monthly Wellness Day: the third Friday of every month is a paid day off for the entire team — a structural long weekend, every month. Every beehiiv job description states it verbatim: "Monthly Wellness Days (every third Friday of the month!)". On top of that, beehiiv offers Unlimited PTO with a mandatory 10-day-per-year minimum, so time off is genuinely taken rather than just offered.
Note: beehiiv does not run a weekly four-day week. CEO Tyler Denk has publicly said he would like to, but isn't there yet for a fast-scaling, not-yet-profitable business.
