We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Future Support team, overseeing delivery of WorkWell across Norwich, Breckland and North Norfolk. The role focuses on supporting and supervising Health and Work Coaches, coordinating referrals and caseloads, and ensuring participants receive safe, consistent and effective support. You will monitor service quality and performance, support staff development and manage safeguarding and risk concerns through agreed procedures, while maintaining a smaller participant caseload. Working closely with clinical professionals, employers and local partners, you will strengthen referral pathways, help teams overcome barriers and improve how WorkWell supports people to stay in work, return after sickness absence or move towards employment.

As such, we are accredited Real Living Wage, Disability Confident and Four Day Week Gold Standard Employers.
