For our concessions area at the Alsterhaus, we are looking for a:
Team Lead (m/f/d):
With your entrepreneurial and hospitality mindset and your passionate sales talent, you will not only delight our customers, but also motivate your entire team with your positive presence and authentic manner. With your solid retail expertise, you will succeed in managing your store successfully.
Your tasks:

Managing the store with due consideration of business performance indicators

Team- and goal-oriented leadership of your employees, and supporting their development

Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador

Ensuring and overseeing all store operational tasks

Caring for and building up regular and new customers
-
Ensuring efficient merchandise management and active floor space control
What we need from you:

Several years of work experience as a manager in textile retail
-
Leadership skills and a high level of social competence
-
A motivating, self-confident personality
-
Teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
-
A strong affinity for sales as well as excellent organisational talent

An analytical understanding for evaluating our KPIs
-
Good English and PC skills
