🎯 Role Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission will be to lead the search and attraction of the best talent for Cabify in Colombia, focusing on strategic and high-impact roles. You will be key in building diverse, high-performing teams, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and contributing to the growth of our culture.
🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract senior and specialized profiles, using a variety of platforms and methodologies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining the profile together with hiring managers to the offer and onboarding, ensuring the efficiency and quality of the process.
- Act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, advising them on workforce planning, market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze key recruitment metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience) to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our selection processes, employer branding and Talent Acquisition technology tools.
🔍 What we are looking for

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles, preferably in dynamic, technology or high-volume environments.
- Mastery of the full recruitment cycle, with strong expertise in sourcing complex profiles and managing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze recruitment data and turn it into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influence skills, in both Spanish and English (advanced level).
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.
