We are looking for people passionate about recruitment and selection, who see TA in a consultative and strategic way, acting as business partners and contributing directly to building high-performance teams.
Qualifications
What we are looking for in you:
- Complete higher education;
- Advanced English for participation in projects, forums, and global interactions;
- Experience with strategic hunting and market mapping.
- Experience conducting positions of different seniority levels and business areas;
- Experience with consultative recruitment and stakeholder relationships;
- Analytical perspective on indicators, metrics, and operational efficiency;
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple demands and high velocity;
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
The following will be considered a differential
- Previous experience in technology, data, platform companies, or high-growth environments;
- Experience with recruitment for commercial structures, technology, or customer-facing roles;
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct end-to-end selection processes, from profile alignment to proposal and hiring stages;
- Act in a consultative manner with leadership, supporting decision-making and attraction strategies;
- Conduct positions of different levels and complexities, from analyst positions to leadership roles;
- Recruit for areas such as Sales, Technology, Customer Success, and other strategic structures of the company;
- Build hunting strategies and market mapping;
- Monitor and analyze recruitment indicators, metrics, and SLAs;
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the entire journey;
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion strategies within selection processes and shortlist building;
- Participate in global projects, initiatives, and discussions related to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition area.
