Job Description

Leadership of the Talent Acquisition structure for the Serasa Consumidor BU, providing generalist support to all business fronts (Corporate, Tech, Products, Sales, and Data) with a primary focus on Tech, Data, and Product positions. The position also supports the PagueVeloz sub-acquiring structure.

Key responsibilities

Team management

  • Lead and develop a team of 6 specialist recruiters, with a development and specialization plan for each front;
  • Define and monitor team efficiency and productivity indicators, with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion;

TA operation and strategy

  • Build and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the BU, aligned with business needs;
  • Monitor the end-to-end recruitment process, identify bottlenecks, and create corrective action plans;
  • Personally conduct selection processes for executive positions;
  • Act as the technical reference for the area regarding Tech, Data, and Products.

AI and innovation in recruitment

  • Be the internal reference in the use of AI applied to recruitment: sourcing, screening, matching, candidate communication automation, and pipeline insight generation;
  • Have a proven track record of building or implementing AI solutions in TA operations (not just using market tools);
  • Evaluate and implement new recruitment technologies and tools, with clear judgment on where automation replaces human steps and where it should not;
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to evolve the TA structure.

Stakeholders and business

  • Consultative support to the BU executive leadership;
  • Close partnership with People Business Partners and managers to translate workforce planning into hiring strategy.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least part of it in Tech, Data, or Product positions;
  • Previous experience managing a team of recruiters;
  • Mastery of TA indicators: SLA, time-to-hire, conversion funnel, quality of hire;
  • Practical and demonstrable experience with AI applied to recruitment (projects built, not just use of off-the-shelf tools);
  • Experience in consultative support to C-level or director-level leadership;
  • Experience with selection processes for executive positions;
  • Advanced or fluent English.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume hiring environments (90+ vacancies/month);
  • Experience in sub-acquiring structures, payment methods, or fintech.

Behavioral profile

  • Analytical profile, data-driven for decision-making;
  • Ability to translate business strategy into a hiring action plan;
  • Autonomy to lead end-to-end projects;
  • Ability to develop people and build a high-performance team.
