We are looking for people for full-time (40h/week) and part-time (20h/week) positions who will join our Support Department! (remote)

Your tasks:

  • Supporting our customers and partners (couriers, restaurants, shops) via live chat, email and phone;
  • Efficiently carrying out daily tasks in line with established processes and team standards;
  • Skilfully managing time and priorities;
  • Proactively looking for improvements – seeking solutions that improve the quality and speed of customer service;
  • Working based on clearly defined KPIs such as CSAT, response time, or quality - which you and your Team Lead will regularly analyze and develop together, to deliver the best possible experiences to our customers and partners.

  • You learn quickly and have no problem with multitasking;
  • You can work shifts: mornings, evenings/nights and weekends - most shifts in the first two months are between 12:00-2:00 (currently our opening hours are 6:00 to 3:00;)
  • You speak Polish fluently and have knowledge of English (B2);
  • You can work full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week)

The salary range for this role is 4919 PLN -6149 PLN gross per month. (for full-time position) The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
