Join our Calvin Klein team in Roppenheim as a Stock and Visual Merchandising Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent 35-hour contract!
Here are the responsibilities entrusted to you in order to achieve our common goals:
Management:

Anticipate and co-organize the stock and merchandising activity of the store

Onboard, train and develop the skills of team members

Inform, co-lead and mobilize the team on the store's activity
Visual layout management:
-
Deliver a unique customer experience and sell products through merchandising
-
Set up products on the sales floor and create window displays in line with the guidelines

Analyze revenue and sales indicators and renew the merchandise layout based on sales made (replenishment)

Implement commercial operations and ensure their follow-up

Propose products to improve merchandising performance

Ensure the store is well kept (tidiness, organization, cleanliness)
Storage room organization:

Anticipate and plan deliveries in collaboration with your line manager

Receive deliveries

Organize and maintain a clean and tidy storage room

Carry out inventories
-
Combat unknown shrinkage
