Qualifications

Solid experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Engineering in critical environments.

Hands-on experience with cloud, preferably AWS, including architecture, operation, and troubleshooting of production workloads.

Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and operating distributed applications in production.

Knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and secure deployment best practices.

Experience with observability, including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
-
Ability to handle incidents, perform troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and propose preventive actions.

Knowledge of Linux, networking, protocols, load balancing, and infrastructure security fundamentals.

Experience with automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.

Good communication, systemic vision, and the ability to work in partnership with development, product, and operations teams.
Technical advantages

Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, HashiCorp, or similar technologies.

Experience with EKS, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux, or advanced GitOps practices.

Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar tools.

Experience with defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

Experience with capacity engineering, performance, scalability, and resilience.

Knowledge of chaos engineering, resilience testing, or controlled failure simulations.

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, or DynamoDB.

Experience in high-volume transactional, low-latency, or mission-critical environments.

Knowledge of application security, infrastructure, IAM, secrets management, and secure change management.

Proficiency in Python and/or Go for creating automations and internal tools.
