Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the construction and evolution of SRE culture, promoting reliability, observability, and continuous improvement
- Design, automate, and operate highly available and resilient cloud environments (AWS)
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, with a focus on Terraform
- Develop automations for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and incident response
- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, ensuring service quality and stability
- Manage and respond to incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA)
- Work alongside development teams to optimize application performance and reliability
- Support cloud cost management (FinOps), seeking efficiency and resource optimization
Requirements
- Solid experience as an SRE, DevOps, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of AWS (infrastructure, networking, managed services, security)
- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts
- High automation capability (scripts, pipelines, continuous integration)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab is a plus)
- Knowledge of observability concepts (logs, metrics, tracing)
- Familiarity with SQL databases (basic administration, troubleshooting, performance)
- Knowledge of FinOps practices (cloud cost control and optimization)
- Notions or experience with AI applied to operations (intelligent automation, AIOps, etc.) will be considered differentials
- Analytical, resilient profile oriented toward problem-solving
Differentials
- Experience with distributed platforms and microservices
- Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
- Experience with cloud security practices (DevSecOps)
