Job Description
Your Responsibilities

You will work on technical projects and ensure compliance with requirements in the areas of machine, process, and occupational safety.

You will provide advice on the planning, implementation, and optimization of facilities, work equipment, work processes, and workstations with a focus on EHS topics.

You will conduct inspections as well as risk and hazard assessments and track the implementation of appropriate measures.

You will support internal and external EHS audits and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

You will identify and evaluate accident and health risks and develop measures for prevention and health promotion.

You will inspect operating facilities and technical work equipment, especially prior to their commissioning.

You will create and conduct training sessions and briefings for employees.

You will support the further development of local EHS standards, processes, and continuous improvement measures.

You will analyze accidents and incidents, derive measures, and communicate the results in a target-group-oriented manner.

You will work closely with internal and external partners, such as the company physician, works council, and authorities, and actively participate in EHS committees.
Your Profile
-
Technical degree or technical vocational training with professional experience in an EHS environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a comparable industry.

Qualification as a safety engineer or occupational safety specialist is an advantage.

Knowledge of production processes and technical equipment; experience in aseptic or sterile production environments is desirable.

Ideally, knowledge in the areas of fire protection, hazardous substance and dangerous goods management, explosion protection, and plant safety.

Team spirit, flexibility, and a structured, results-oriented way of working.

Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
