Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in new product launch brand strategy and execution plan development
- Based on domestic and international market insights in China (policy, patients, medical professionals, competitors, etc.), participate in developing integrated brand strategy (IBP) and integrated brand strategy implementation plan (IBP landing)
2. Drive and lead key success initiatives for new product launch preparation, accelerating brand maximization of product commercialization opportunities in China (LRR)
3. Key customer management and insights (Insight & Engagement)

Develop a deep understanding of different hospital levels and departments' varying needs and pain points in lipid management, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Establish and strengthen collaboration with key experts (KOLs), guideline committee members, and academic platforms.

Drive cross-team collaboration (Sales, Medical, CE, BE, etc.) to jointly build brand value

Continuously monitor key brand metrics (business achievement, growth, market share, customer perception, etc. aligned with annual strategy), driving business growth and resource optimization.

Continuously optimize brand strategy based on sales data, competitive intelligence (CI), customer perception, and other tools.
Job Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above; medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, public health, or business-related majors preferred.
Requirements

3+ years of product management experience in chronic disease central marketing in the pharmaceutical industry; prior experience in the chronic disease field preferred

Rich experience in brand strategy development

Prior experience in growth-stage brand management and differentiation building for products in highly competitive landscapes preferred

HCP education strategy, promotional activity design

Excellent cross-team collaboration and influence
