What will your day-to-day look like?
- Mapping and defining tagging strategy, ensuring efficient tracking aligned with business objectives.
- Analysis of the customer journey, identifying optimization opportunities, friction points, and insights for digital experience evolution.
- Monitoring and interpreting digital performance metrics, such as conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Using Adobe Analytics to analyze behavior and performance of digital channels.
- Operating Datadog for technical monitoring and correlation with usage and experience data.
- Handling large volumes of data with BigQuery and developing complex analyses with advanced SQL.
- Identifying business opportunities based on data.
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure business impact.
