Job description
We are looking for a Software Engineering Specialist with extensive and proven experience to lead and inspire software development teams. The professional will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in creating, defining, designing, and planning innovative solutions. The candidate is expected to have the ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating creativity and high competence in problem-solving, with minimal need for supervision. Additionally, they must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Objectives:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of software architecture.
Implement development best practices and market standards.
Ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing.
Collaborate with other areas to align technological solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Guide and provide technical support for Squad deliverables
Ensure the evolution and sustainability of deliverables from a technological perspective
Generate technical design according to solution architecture standards and references
Ensure elasticity and scalability in software development
Ensure documentation updates and knowledge management of systems
Participate in the entire application lifecycle from conception to deployment
Generate and monitor technology indicators.
Qualifications
Experience with backend development using Java
Experience with Design patterns, SOLID, TDD, and BDD
Experience with solution designs to discuss architecture
Experience with AWS Cloud services (S3, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS)
Experience with observability (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, and Dynatrace)
Experience with testing (Junit, mokito, container tests)
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of CI/CD practices
Leadership of technical people
Differentials
Technical certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.).
Experience in technology innovation and digital transformation projects.
