Job Description
We are looking for an Expert Software Engineer with extensive and proven experience to lead and inspire software development teams. The professional will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the creation, definition, design and planning of innovative solutions. The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and proactively, demonstrating creativity and high competence in problem solving, with minimal need for supervision. In addition, they should have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Objectives:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of software architecture.
Implement good development practices and market standards.
Ensure code quality through reviews and automated tests.
Collaborate with other areas to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Technically guide and support the Squad's deliveries
Ensure the evolution and sustainability of deliveries from a technological standpoint
Create technical designs in accordance with solution architecture standards and references
Ensure elasticity and scalability in software construction
Ensure the update of documentation and knowledge management of the systems
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment
Create and monitor technology indicators.
Qualifications
Experience with backend development using Java
Experience with design patterns, SOLID, TDD and BDD
Experience with solution designs to discuss architecture
Experience with AWS Cloud services (S3, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS)
Experience with observability (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog and Dynatrace)
Experience with testing (JUnit, Mockito, container testing)
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of CI/CD practices
Leadership of technical people
Differentials
Technical certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.).
Experience in technological innovation and digital transformation projects.
