Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist Software Engineer with extensive and proven experience to lead and inspire software development teams. The professional will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the creation, definition, design, and planning of innovative solutions. The candidate is expected to have the ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating creativity and high competence in problem-solving, with minimal need for supervision. In addition, they must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Objectives:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of software architecture.
Implement development best practices and industry standards.
Ensure code quality through reviews and automated tests.
Collaborate with other areas to align technological solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Guide and technically support Squad deliveries
Ensure the evolution and sustainability of deliveries from a technological perspective
Generate technical designs in accordance with solution architecture standards and references
Ensure elasticity and scalability in software construction
Ensure documentation updates and knowledge management of systems
Participate in the entire application lifecycle from conception to deployment
Generate and track technology metrics.
Qualifications
Experience with backend development using Java
Experience with Design patterns, SOLID, TDD, and BDD
Experience with solution design to discuss architecture
Experience with AWS Cloud services (S3, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS)
Experience with observability (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, and Dynatrace)
Experience with testing (Junit, mokito, container testing)
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Knowledge of CI/CD practices
Technical leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Technical certifications in relevant areas (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.).
Experience in technological innovation and digital transformation projects.
