Job Description
We are looking for an Expert Software Engineer with extensive and proven experience to lead and inspire software development teams. The professional will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in the creation, definition, design and planning of innovative solutions. The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and proactively, demonstrating creativity and high competence in problem solving, with minimal need for supervision. In addition, they must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Objectives
Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of software architecture.
Implement good development practices and market standards.
Ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing.
Collaborate with other areas to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support for the Squad's deliveries
Ensure the evolution and technological sustainability of deliveries
Produce technical design in accordance with solution architecture standards and references
Ensure elasticity and scalability in software construction
Ensure documentation updates and knowledge management of the systems
Participate in the entire application lifecycle from conception to deployment
Create and monitor technology indicators.
Qualifications
- Experience with backend development using Python and Golang
- Experience with design patterns, SOLID, TDD and BDD
- Experience with solution design for architecture discussions
- Experience with AWS Cloud services (S3, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS, SNS, SQS)
- Experience with observability (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog and Dynatrace)
- Experience with testing
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Leadership of technical people
