Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Senior Technology Governance and Cybersecurity Analyst to support strategic Technology and Information Security programs in Latin America (LATAM).

This position will be responsible for conducting governance routines, coordinating multidisciplinary initiatives, monitoring performance indicators, producing executive reports, and supporting risk-based decision-making in critical technology and security programs.

The role will have significant involvement in both the Vulnerability Management Program and Technology Integration initiatives for acquired companies (M&A), ensuring alignment with the organization's corporate standards for technology, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Governance and Program Management

  • Coordinate governance activities related to strategic Technology and Cybersecurity programs.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, executive forums, and follow-up sessions with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and action plans of programs under your responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Cybersecurity Governance, ITSM, Program Management, IT Risk Management, or related areas.
  • Experience coordinating Technology and Security initiatives or programs.
  • Experience building and managing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB concepts.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multifunctional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical capability, organization, and prioritization.
  • Experience managing multiple demands and projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English for reading and writing.
