Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead technical teams, supporting the definition of architectures, the development of scalable solutions, and the dissemination of software engineering best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of solutions, supporting architecture decisions and resolution of technical challenges;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout all stages of the development cycle;
- Promote best practices in development, quality, security, and observability;
- Encourage knowledge sharing through code reviews, documentation, and technical sessions;
- Contribute to the evolution of architecture, reusable components, and corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Informal (or formal) leadership experience/mindset
- Proficiency in Java (17+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture;
- Experience with REST APIs, automated testing, relational and NoSQL databases;
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS);
- Familiarity with architecture patterns and development best practices (DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, among others).
Differentials:
- Experience with Angular, Spark, and Analytics solutions;
- Knowledge of data platforms, BI, and modern data architectures.
- Knowledge of AUTHENTICATION technology solutions, such as Passkey, biometrics, oAuth, verifiable credentials, and others.
