Senior Product Marketing Manager - Housing & Colocation

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Housing & Colocation who will play a key role in the strategy for consolidating and expanding our presence in the Data Center market, at both national and international levels.

This position is aimed at professionals with professional maturity, business vision and solid technical-infrastructure expertise, capable of making concrete contributions to product development choices and the company's competitive positioning.

Your Mission

Define, develop and oversee the Housing and Colocation offering, guiding positioning, pricing strategies and development choices, through market analysis and the development of business cases to support strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy: definition and management of the entire lifecycle of Housing and Colocation services (Shared Rack, Cages, Private Suites, CrossConnect and related services).

  • Business Planning: development of Business Cases and detailed economic-financial models to support the opening of new Data Centers and the expansion of existing sites (ROI, CAPEX and OPEX, energy costs, PUE).

  • Market Intelligence: market analysis and monitoring of the competitive landscape, technological trends (e.g. AI-ready cooling, sustainability, energy efficiency) and pricing dynamics.

  • Go-to-Market: definition of go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with the Product team and the Sales & Marketing Management.

  • Sales Support: act as a reference for complex opportunities (Corporate, Wholesale, OTT, SME), ensuring consistency between proposed solutions, technical capabilities and profitability objectives.

  • Vendor Management: management of relationships with technology partners and connectivity providers, contributing to the development of the Data Center ecosystem.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a figure with high seniority, capable of operating independently on complex decisions, with solid integration between business, technology and infrastructure logic.

Professional Requirements

  • Consolidated experience of at least 7 years in Product Management, Business Development or Solution Architecture roles in the Data Center/Telco sector.

  • Solid ability in economic-financial analysis and in building business plans and feasibility analyses.

  • In-depth knowledge of Data Center physical infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling) and certification standards (Rating/Tier, ISO, LEED).

  • Ability to translate complex customer needs (e.g. high power density, HPC requirements) into concrete and sustainable product solutions.

Professional Skills

  • Decision-making autonomy and ability to operate in complex and cross-functional contexts.

  • Ability to read the market and define positioning strategies.

  • Structured approach to planning and offering development.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels, even without direct hierarchical responsibility.

  • Effectiveness in communication with technical and management stakeholders.

Education

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or related disciplines.

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

  • MBA or industry certifications (e.g. Uptime Institute, DCPRO) are a preferred element.

Schedule: Full Time

Initial Salary: from € 45.000

The position includes a variable component, linked to the achievement of objectives and defined in line with the responsibilities of the role.

The classification and final economic proposal will be defined on the basis of objective and consistent criteria, including professional experience, technical skills and responsibilities provided by the role.
