About Retelit
What is Retelit?
Retelit is an Italian B2B telecommunications and digital-infrastructure company, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Milan. It provides integrated infrastructure and digital solutions — ICT, cloud, cybersecurity and data transmission — to enterprises, the public sector and other telecom operators.
Retelit operates roughly 12,500 km of fibre-optic cable and 15 data centres across Italy, and has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since 2000.
Where will I work?
Retelit is headquartered in Milan, with a hybrid team across Italy supported by a flexible, personalised smart-working model.
What is the Retelit team like?
Retelit has around 660 employees working across network operations, ICT services, cloud and corporate functions. As a listed infrastructure operator it combines the stability of a long-established business with ongoing investment in fibre and data centres.
Work-Life Balance
Since 1 June 2025 Retelit's full-time working week has been cut from 40 to 36 hours at full pay, for all full-time, non-shift staff. Rather than a fixed day off, the reduction is paired with a flexible smart-working model: a per-week cap on remote days was replaced by a total hours budget that each employee distributes around their own needs. The change came with additional protections for employees with children.
