Job Description
You will use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers as early as possible. You will work in collaborative, value-driven teams to create robust and scalable solutions for our clients. Design and develop large-scale back-end services based on microservices architectures. Apply the latest technological thinking to solve our consumers' problems with quality and resilience. Efficiently use DevOps tools and practices for the development, configuration, and operation of services. You will participate in the entire software development and delivery cycle, from conception to deployment and beyond. Develop resilient, performant, well-written, and tested features that follow product direction as well as pre-existing technical standards. Document, optimize, and maintain specifications, components, source code, modules, and resources of developed features. Code review for other squad members, reinforcing the importance of the quality of our deliverables. Participate in meetings to define deadlines and deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences. Participation in the back-end chapter, aiming to share and voluntarily contribute your experience with other people through presentations, development, blogs, documentation, and much more. You are resilient in ambiguous situations and can face challenges from multiple perspectives.
Qualifications
- Solid experience with Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus for developing high-availability back-end applications.
- Knowledge in REST API design and implementation following good architectural practices.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, SQS, and/or SNS.
- Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of observability tools: Datadog, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
- Experience with code quality analysis using tools such as SonarQube.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Differentials
- Experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with Golang.
