Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart, ensuring a high level of technical quality.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams, influencing technical decisions and proposing scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
- Define and apply architecture best practices, design patterns, and code organization.
- Implement and maintain integrations with REST APIs, external services, and third-party SDKs.
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, stability, and observability of applications.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code, promoting long-term maintainability.
- Plan, implement, and monitor automated tests (unit, integration, and, when applicable, widget tests).
- Conduct and actively participate in code reviews, mentoring less experienced developers.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of practices, processes, and technical culture of the team.
- Support decisions on publishing, versioning, and maintenance of apps on Google Play and App Store.
Technical Requirements
- Solid and proven experience with Flutter/Dart in medium and large-scale production projects.
- Mastery of at least one State Management pattern (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, or similar), with a critical view on when to use each approach.
- Consistent experience with API consumption, authentication, caching, error handling, and complex integrations.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, modularization, etc.).
- Experience with automated testing (unit and integration).
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD, versioning, and publishing of mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Git, code review, and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Sufficient technical English for reading and understanding documentation.
Differentials
- Sensitivity to UX/UI and mobile design best practices, collaborating with designers to deliver high-level experiences.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, metrics, and observability in mobile applications.
- Experience as a technical reference or technical lead in development teams.
