Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter/Dart, ensuring technical quality and adherence to best practices.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams, contributing technical suggestions and efficient solutions.
- Apply best practices in architecture, code organization, and design patterns appropriate to the context.
- Implement integrations with REST APIs, external services, and third-party SDKs.
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and stability of applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code, prioritizing maintainability.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration).
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of code quality.
- Contribute to the evolution of the team's development processes and practices.
- Support activities related to publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play and App Store.
Technical Requirements
- Practical experience with Flutter/Dart in production projects.
- Knowledge of at least one state management approach (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, or similar).
- Experience with API consumption, authentication, error handling, and integrations.
- Knowledge of mobile architecture (such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar).
- Experience with automated testing (preferably unit and integration).
- Familiarity with Git, code review, and collaborative development workflow.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and app publishing processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Technical English for reading documentation.
Differentials
- Experience with SDUI (Server Driven UI).
- Experience building or using Design Systems applied to Flutter.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and collaboration with design teams.
- Experience with mobile monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Previous experience in medium/high-impact projects or scalable systems.
